I have decided to move away from Pale Ales for my 4th AG and try a Wheat. But I would like to keep it hoppy if I can. (SWMBO is a Hop Hound) There are several Dark Wheat recipe kits out there that I would like to augment with a modest addition of hops, I just wasnt sure the best route.
I am sure there are hundreds of possibilities but I figured seeing a few examples would help. Anybody tried this lately?
