Damn, i can't believe i waited this long to brew a pils. Sooooo good! Brewed it on 1/14, and after just one day on tap it is crystal clear..and no lagering period. If this is how pils behave normally, i have a new favorite style!

Also brewed up a vienna lager tonight, puttng it right on the pils yeast cake. Hope it turns out half as good as this pils...Cheers all!
 
Sounds awesome. I'm not sure it could supplant IPA as my favorite, but I haven't gotten around to doing any sort of lagers yet.

Nice choice of the Vienna on the yeast cake.
