Hey all,

I have some witbier, Apfelwein, and Curieux clone in the keg/ bottles. I have a Kate the great RIS in the primary and a Partigyled amber lager in primary too. When it's all said and done I would like to fill the pipeline out with something a bit hoppier. What should I brew, a hoppy American Amber, an IPA or something else? I have some 1056, and 2308 harvested for yeast and hersbrucker, and tettnang and some gifted homegrown hops at my disposal. Thanks!

I am personally really IPA'd out at the moment so I would go with the amber. Got any Amarillo? An amarillo amber sounds awesome right now...

Ipa's can't be beat in my book. Some aggressive hopping is what im all about. But then again its just about the right season for an amber.... best of both worlds
