Hi,

I wonder if I may request some advise...

I have recently brewed my first stout batch (Muntons) - I used 500g of light dry malt + 500g of sugar as a brew enhancer for the initial mix.

It is now 3 weeks hence and I find the alchohol content to be woefully low...measured by imbibment :p

Any thoughts on tweaking?
