Another True cooler so now I can have two fermentation chambers!!! (Not in the mail but just delivered in my truck!)

Splurged on my first fermenter and got a SS Brew Bucket. Planning to put it to use today on a Belgian Stout.

Got another gift I ordered online delivered late yesterday,,,with a Christmas card containing a nice check!

Woot! Six pounds of hops for HopsDirect. Should be good on hops for a while.

I'm glad for you,,,,but ugh, still waiting on my 6# too. Damn UPS. Been 'on truck' in Philly (45 min away) for a day and set for Tuesday delivery. After original past Thursday delivery. Thanks UPS, thanks so much.

3 brand new AEB kegs from kegconnection (black Friday special). Now i'm a father of 10.

Took a while for me to get mine. I think both hopsdirect and UPS are stressed after Black Friday

When did you order? I ordered thanksgiving weekend and have not heard anything yet and even wrote hops direct twice?

I got my fermentation chiller today, I have it connected through another temp controller mounted to the wall in the background.
That has heat and chill outputs so I have a heat band under the neoprene jacket.
This will now maintain total control of my fermentation temps!
The bucket in the kegerator contains water and the pump.

Two glasses showed up on Friday.

1/2 FPT to 1/2 barb SS fitting replaced the brass one on the march pump

A bunch of 8oz ball jars that I'm going to use to store 16 lbs of English-style invert sugar syrup I'll make while I'm on holiday at the end of the month.

Well mine was picked up on the 4th by FedEx (my bad, not UPS, sorry Brown) with a delivery date of the 10th. Now it's to be by the 15th by end of day). C'mon that's a bit ridiculous.

I ordered Thanksgiving weekend as well. Can't remember exactly which day. Maybe late Friday night?

Got a new immersion chiller that I put to use this weekend!



I put it to use with a whirlpool arm that I recently installed.

My new custom SS basket came in today! It's a 15" diameter by 14" tall basket sitting on 5" legs. 400 micron mesh with a 3/16 swing handle. Also got a press plate.

Interested in same thing. I thought about making a hop tea with some to see what they taste like

1lb of Pilgrim, and 1lb of Glacier hops..

IDK what/if I'll get for Christmas brew-related. But I got myself & the ol' man cave a wrap-around desk & it a paint job. Wife tried to wash the old curtains & they disintegrated in the wash! Damn, now I need new curtains I hadn't accounted for. I feel like a bloody sideshow...slideshow video coming soon...

Got a new countertop induction cooker - should get the water up to boil a little faster. 1800 watt vs 1200 watt that the stove puts out. Plus it has a time and temperature control built in.

The only Gigayeast product I've used is the Vermont Ale and it produced an excellent ipa.
