My local supermarket (Price Chopper) has 1G bottles of apple juice from concentrate, but the label only lists filtered water and apple juice concentrate as the ingredients.
If there were other ingredients in the concentrate would they have to list it?
What I really want to know is does this mean there are no preservatives, or is it possibly K-sorbated?
Thanks
Adam

They have to list everything. If it doesnt list anything else, I think you have pure apple juice. Ascorbic acid is usually an ingredient in these, but thats just vit C which is ok.
