It is my habit to drink beer at cellar or room temperature, which enhances the flavour. However, sometimes I do prefer a cold brew. In such times I have found that adding frozen fruit to my mug before the pour (cherries, strawberries, rasberries, peaches, or even mango) not only chills the brew, without watering it down, but also increases the head retention significantly. Granted, fruit will change the flavour of the brew, but many times this is not a bad thing and actually adds a nice element to many.

Haha, interesting. I suppose it's worth the experimenting since you end up with plunty from a batch to mess around with.
