I've looked around quite a bit but cant seem to find a complete Orval clove recipe. If anyone could help me out that would be great. Preferably a complete recipe with mash schedule and everything. I plan on using Brett Brux. in the secondary. Thats all I know so far but a full recipe would be great.

Hey buddy, planning one of these out myself .

Orval Clone

Final Gravity (FG): 1.009 (°P): 2.3
Alcohol (ABV): 6.13 %
Colour (SRM): 6.5 (EBC): 12.8
Bitterness (IBU): 21.6 (Rager)

80.95% Pilsner
9.52% Caravienna
9.52% Turbinado/Cane Sugar

18.4 IBU bittering hop @ 90 Minutes
0.75 oz Styrian Golding (4.4% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes
0.5 oz Styrian Golding (4.4% Alpha) @ flameout

Single step Infusion at 153°F for 75 Minutes. Boil for 90 Minutes

3522 Belgian Ardennes Pitched at 63°F letting it rise to 73 over the course of a week.

Pitch smack pack of Brett B. at packaging and age at least 3 months.

That recipe looks pretty good. I've read, in brew like a monk, that they dry hop with Styrain Goldings in the secondary and use about 16% adjunct/sugar. Love to hear how it turns out.
