Someone posted a link to this Perlick UPGRADE a while back. Since I was putting together my kegerator and didn't already have a tower I went for it.

I've very pleased with the Perlicks. I've seen some comparisons where they don't look as nice as Ventmatic/Shirron faucets, but mine are extremely clean and smooth.

Anyway, at $158 for a tower with 2 Perlicks shipped I thought it was a good deal and would pass it along.

NOTE: I didn't get a shipping invoice or tracking number like the seller said, but the shipping WAS prompt, so overall I was satisfied.

I took a few pictures - I know how you guys like your beer porn. It's a standard 4910/4912 conversion. I'm very pleased with the results.

Need to take another one - this one was taken at an angle. Oh well.

The faucet on the left is condensing after the cold one I just poured.

I replaced the molded plastic on the door with a dry erase board but I haven't written anything on it yet.

And lastly, I chopped the metal shelf and used the back half to support the CO2 tank. Great idea, whoever thought of that one.

what kind of fridge is that? I need another beer machine
The one I've got is a Sanyo 4910. The newer ones are 4912s, but they're practically identical. There are also some other brands that are the same fridge. Just make sure it's a 4.9 cu ft that doesn't have a freezer section.

Here's the instructions I followed. Straight forward and easy to do.

Sweet Job.

Now it's time for some drip trays. Try giving "The Fellas" a shot.
Yeah, I remember seeing the fellas. Great idea. I'm not in a big hurry on the drip trays, though. My faucets only drip a few drops after I shut them off... into my glass. I may just stick with the old fashioned thin rectangular type if I get one.
