2.00 lb Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 20.41 %
0.75 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 7.65 %
0.50 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 5.10 %
0.25 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) Grain 2.55 %
1.00 oz Spalter [4.50 %] (60 min) Hops 14.8 IBU

This was a pretty solid beer I brewed awhile back. I think if I were to brew it again, I would cut back the Roasted Barley to 0.25-0.50 lbs and increase the Caramel by 0.50 lbs. It has a strong roasted flavor which mellows over time.
