Tropical cider experiment

Recipe: Tropical juice + 500g (about 1 pound) sugar + 2 tea spoons wine yeast.

I'm trying this as an experiment. Do you think it'll work out? It's five days on now and it's bubbling something ferosious.

I've tried fermenting things like Apricot and Pear juice before and it's disgusting. Good luck with that. Let us know.
