My grain bill Is 20# Am 2 row
1 # 20*L crystal
1# 60*L crystal
I intend to add some sugar (11gallons into fermenters)
I have 2oz of Chinook and roughly 10oz of centennial on hand.
I’d like to try some new to me, but proven for you hoping schedule.
Thanks Ben

Adjusting the Amarillo IPA I just brewed for 10% AA Centennial:

2.65 oz Centennial (60 min) 53.9 IBU
1.75 oz Centennial (15 min) 9.5 IBU
1.75 oz Centennial (5 min) 5.9 IBU
2.00 oz Centennial (0 min) -
2.25 oz Centennial (Dry hop) -

Worked very nicely with the amarillo hops I used.

[Edit: That's a little more than 10 oz... just sub out Chinook for part of the 60 min. addition to get the same IBUs.]

2oz Chinook - 60m
1oz Centennial - 30m
1oz Centennial - 15m
2oz Centennial - flame out
3oz Centennial - dry hop 7 days

65.3 IBU's

Those both look good. How did you decide how much to dryhop with?
Anyone Mash hop and or Hop burst w/ centennials?

I just took the recipe I used myself and scaled it up for 11 gallons.

Thanks Rick !

Would anyone advise against a schedule like:
All centennials
2.5 oz FWH (45.3 )
2 oz 10 min (11.9)
2 oz 5 min (6.6)

total 63.8

with that hop schedule I would definitely add some dry hopping... and also, maybe a 0min hop addition.
