Today I received my all-grain equipment and I am hoping to starting brewing in the next few weeks... I still need to build a poor-mans 3 tier system... . The equipment is 2 10 gallon rubbermaid coolers...
I just got myself a cooler and a big 11 gallon pot so I can go all-grain. Unfortunately I have a bunch of DME I bought, so I kinda want to use it up. Probably just do a couple partials (which I do anyway) in the cooler to get a feel for it before trying a full grain recipe.
