I was not patient and feared over carbonated beer. I drank it all pretty quick. The body was very light and the taste was very fruity. I used my intuition in hopes of making a spectacular beer. It was impressive for my first batch.

I don't know the starting gravity or final gravity. I was surprised with the result. It was a clean, light beer with lots of fruity character. A little malt backing and easy drinking. I didn't use a recipe and I don't intend to on the next batch. Why drink a shelf beer when the sky is the limit?

Its a Martini Meister Pilsner glass. I have never seen a pilsner glass that looked so much like a belgian glass. Its my favorite beer sipping vessel. Its so easy to pour anything into.
