I have been lurking on this site and others for a while soaking up all the information I can. I have been brewing for about 1 year mostly extract brews, the last two brews I have done have been all grain, boy do I have a lot to learn. I retired two years ago and the wife said I should get a hobby what better hobby to have than brewing beer. I think she had in mind wood working or home repair. I am looking forward to this forum to help me become a better home brewer.
