I have 6 pounds of light LME that need to be used. My fermenting chamber is in use and daytime temps are about 80 degrees in my apartment. So I'd like to brew something that will ferment well at that temp, my searching says Saison beer, but I cannot get saison yeast by Thursday (brew day).

Any common yeasts that ferment well at high temps? Or does anyone know any recipes that would do well at higher temps?
