Hi all, brewing a MB size recipe as a test - I put the 5 gallon amounts in parenthesis for the MB challenged. Appreciate any feedback. I'm still learning hops - are Goldings and Perle close at all? Would replacing one for the other effect much? Hoping for some coffee/chocolate flavors. Thanks!

somewhat alike. goldings is spicy and aromatic, but mild. perle is a good, spicy, bittering hops. switch the perle and the goldings, is my advice. perle is for bittering, goldings is for aroma
