I've been using it. Convinced the LHBS to buy some and I picked up a liter. Ease of use is it's strong point. Doesn't work as well as Gelatin or Isinglass. It's sterile so you just dump it in the receiving vessel and rack the beer on top, it must be thoroughly mixed in. I chill the beer to 30F before racking and let it sit for a week. A week is overkill but I usually do my cellaring duties on the weekends. Been playing around with dosing rates and 1-1.5 tbsp per 5.5 gallons works ok. It does not form a dense solid cake so you have to be careful not to disturb what has settled out while you're racking.
