I have made a half dozen batches of beer so far, and there is one constant issue. Any IPA that I make has a TON of head when it's poured into a glass. Other beers I have made do not seem to have this problem. I prime with the same amount of sugar (table). Any ideas what is going on? In addition, I let them ferment for 5-6 weeks too....Thanks!
