Barrel Maintenance

Are there any books out there that explain how to take care of oak barrels? Whether they've been previously used for wine or spirits and going to be used for funky or non-funky beers? I searched amazon but didn't find anything.

I've read Wild Brews by Jeff Sparrow but I'm looking for something more in depth and specific toward barrel care.

Amazon has this one. I am aging in a barrel now and developed a bit of mold around the bung. Think I need this book and some education on the matter myself.
