Making my first cheese now and need some help plz.!

Hello I got all the stuff to make my first cheese and have been following the instructions from here..

I have just got my milk upto temperature and was about to put in my culture to make the chedder cheese.

I then noticed on the instructions it said to use 1 packet Mesophillic direct set culture
and I have something different I have Cheese Culture - General Purpose Mesophilic - Freeze Dried Sachet
