My local hardware store is out of 20 ft copper tubing and only has 10 and 50 ft. 50 ft is too expensive and too much for my 5 gallon batches. Do you think 10 ft will make do? I figure i just use more water and a bit more time.

That is a good company, their website design needs some work, but hey they pass the savings on to customers and they ship fairly fast.
10 feet probably won't be enough to get the job done quickly. It will work better than nothing but you could do better. Check out the site linked above or you could buy 2 10ft rolls and connect them together either with some solder or a compression fitting. The hardware store will help you find the right parts if you go this route.

+1 for ICS. Got 50' of 1/2" for a little more than $60 shipped to my door. Shipping was quick as well.
