I'm looking to make a hefe with plums. I'm still a bit unsure about how much to use and at what point to add them. I'm planning on about 10lbs for a 5 gallon batch and adding them to the carboy (sterilized in hot water first). Any ideas or recommendations?
Anyone used plums in a hefe before?
