Started a new cider in my nwe 5gal pail

Started a new one...heres the recipe i used..

16 cans of apple concentrate
4 cans of bacardi strawberry daquari concentrate
yeast liquid cider yeast

Got it in a new sanitized 5 gal pail from the depot, with a 3 peice airlock.

UPDATE::

I can smell them bubbles comming out of the airlock...and it smells sooo good!

Its like, strawberry apple, its pretty nice, and its bubbeling about 2-3 times a second, like a madman!

I am SO GLAD i found this site, i would have never known i was doing everything worng.

Did you add any water to that mix? I bet it smells good...but without water, it's gonna be pretty heavy and syrupy. There's a lot of sugar there, so depending on how much volume you wind up with, it'll be pretty strong in alcohol. Good luck!
 
Ya, put about 2.5ish gallons. Filled the bucket up to about 3 inches from the top.

Got about 4 1/4 gallons? So, maybe half water.
