Possible chest freezer?

I saw this freezer on CL for $60. The owner states that it's the size of a washing machine (does not give dimensions, I emailed her for them). I've never seen a freezer like this. Would this work for a fermentation chamber?

If the shelf does not have coils in them and is removable and can hold a ferm bucket then sure it would work.
