Just kegged my first batch oof AG ( EdWorts Hause Ale!) and it went super smooth! Thanks tto all the info / advice on this board!!

Cookin up a CDA tmorow AM! Can't wait! got the rig all sanitized and ready to rock today while kegging. Used a basic reciepe that we found on the database and tweaked it a bit to fit some local grains / hops.

Will have a report after the brew tomorrow! Wish me luck!

The Motley Brue Crue will be over at 1000hrs and its ON! JJ
 
Went Perfect! hit all our gravity readings on the money and 73% effeciency with a 23 pound grain bill!

The machine is rollin now! 10 gallons on gas in the keezer, 10 gallons fermenting in the closet. 3 weeks from now we will be brewing the next batch and enjoying our own brew at the same time!!

Better start working on a summer receipe!
