I am planning on brewing a 2-row/amarillo SMASH tomorrow but I'm a little lost on when to add the hops. It will be 10 pounds 2-row, 2 ounces amarillo with Nottingham, any suggestions?? I really want to find/taste the amarillo in this one. What do you think? 1 oz @ 60, .25 oz @ 45, 30 and 15??

Thanks for the input.

FWIW, here's the way I'd do it:
.5 oz @ 60 min.
.5 oz @ 20 min.
.5 oz @ 5 min.
.5 oz @ flameout
My sense is that you get more flavor/aroma out of the additions towards the end of the boil. I assumed Amarillo at 7.5 AA for total IBUs of 41 with this hops schedule. If you have Amarillo with different AA or want a more or less bitter beer, adjust the 60 minute addition accordingly. My 2 cents...
