Very nice. I'd love to be rich and have 5 or 6 of these in a temperature controlled walk in cooler but thats not going to happen! How are you controlling temps? Refrigerator setup?

Where is this blanket you mention?
I'll look again,makebeer.com I think. They had that conical with all the bells & whistles. Ok,it's morebeer.com. There's another place too,have to look it up. Midwest has the conicals that look like the op's.
