I just kegged my first beer. I made a kolsch and was wondering what I should set the pressure at? I have it sitting in my kegerator on 10 psi. Is this to much. I plan on leaving it there for a couple weeks to condition.

Using that table, I'd shoot for a volume of between 2.4 and 2.6.

I have Kolsch on tap right now and it sat at 37 degrees at 12psi for 10 days and is perfect.

Get that Kolsch cold if it isn't. Kolsch yeast will clear better at colder temps and the CO2 will absorb better.

If that helps.

Cool yea I cold conditioned mine before Kegging and it is sitting at 36 degrees in my kegerator. Thanks for that chart..
I will let you guys know how good it is in a couple weeks..
