Hi, I am hoping to put some cider on this week. temps here in Norway are below 70 at the moment and the garage were i usually ferment is only around the 55 mark.
If i pitch the wyeast cider yeast i have will the temperature stop it working or will it mean it just takes a little longer to get going and ferment out?

It would probably just slow it down a bit, but if you have any doubts it's best to either wait for temps to earn or bring your fermentor inside.
