Its been in the prim for a week. Got one more to go! Was thinking of adding a little something in a secondary. Not sure on what though. Anybody got any suggestions? Or should i just keep it simple for the first batch of the year? Somtimes simple is better.

I don't add anything to my beers that I didn't originally plan to do. Also, I wouldn't use a secondary unless I had a really good reason.

I was only going to use a secondary if i decided to add something. Sometimes i like to experiment with new ideas. Just thought i would see if anyone had some ideas for something that could be taste. I enjoy the input!

Even if you do add stuff, you can usually drop it right in the primary.

This i do if im dry hopping or adding something that is not ferment able, but with fruit or honey or anything like that i re rack on top to get the beer off the cake.
