Had troegs flying mouflan for the first time this weekend and it is now one of my favorites. Trying to make something similar but doesn't necessary have to be exact. They were nice enough to give the ingredients for it. http://www.troegs.com/our_brews/flying_mouflan.aspx
I need a little help. So far a I have
13 lbs English pils
3 lbs munic
1 lb Vienna
10oz crystal 80
I'll be using American ale yeast

Need help on hop schedule and amounts. They use warrior, simcoe and chinook. Any ideas?
Will take feedback on the entire recipe. This is only my 3rd all grain batch.

That was a delicious beer, one of my favorites from GABF. I'm interested in how this turns out!

id up the munich/vienna at least another lb, add some special B, and throw in 1lb of cane sugar.

as for the hops, maybe something like:
1oz warrior FWH
1oz chinook FWH
1oz Simcoe 10mins
1oz nugget flameout
1oz simcoe flameout

depends what you're looking for. you could certainly step up the late additions if you wanted, but most hop aroma will be gone by then regardless of how much you add, unless you bulk aged for most of that time and then dry hopped the week before bottling
