What method are you using to configure WiFi?

I use the Edimax WiFi USB dongle:

First connecting to the RPi with it connected to my LAN via an ethernet cable, I pull up the RPi's GUI. This is done using Remote Desktop Connection (clients for this are available for both Windows and Mac), then use the WPA_GUI application (listed under Internet on the GUI's "Start Button" menu). You can then search for networks and WPA_GUI will set up the connection for you.
