i have a stout that is coming up for bottle this friday. it has been in primary for a month. my question is will an addition week or 2 on the yeast have any adverse affects? i dont have the empties for bottle the whole batch and im in the process of collecting enough bottles for this batch. is it safe to let sit for 6-8 weeks on the cake?
 
thanks a lot revvy. you know of any brew supply near the lansing area? there was an organic one locally but it went out of buisness. i can drive a little ways if necessary
