White wax on my beer

Okay , haven't brewed a batch in a while. I was just going to bottle my pale ale I brewed several weeks ago and found a layer of white waxy stuff on top of the beer! I used my own hops to dry hop. Never had this happen before. I checked it three days ago and it was fine. Any help is appreciated
 
I had the exact same thing. Pale ale dry hopped with a little bit of white waxy stuff on top when i went to bottled. Bottled it a month ago and it tastes great. Figure it was just hop oils and particles.
