I want to naturally carb a munich helles in my keg before hooking it up to my kegerator. My question is, what temp should i let it condition at? The temp its been lagering at, or room temp(which is upper 70's, im in FL) I could adjust my fridge to be 55 or so, but not sure if that would be too low to carb it up, im not in a rush to get it carbed, so if it took 3-4 weeks no big deal. Also, if i carb it like this, then move it after 3 weeks via a short car drive, do i have to worry about the pressure of all the shaking beer on the keg? Thanks dudes and :mug:
