Is blow-off tubing needed for secondary?

I tried searching, but didn't find this question answered...

If your fermentation has completed in primary (say 3 weeks), is there any threat of a krausen build up when you rack to a carboy? My gut is saying no, so I'd rather not have to setup the tubing.
 
No you shouldn't need a blowoff in secondary, unless you are adding additional fermentables, which even then you may not need it.
 
Not necessary. Your gut is correct. Reward it with some beer.
