I made this fine batch with my sister. It's a LME & grain batch. I normally take really good notes so I know what was done in a batch. Well, we got drunk and I forgot to write donw how much LME was added and take an OG. It came out pretty damn tasty though.
I call it my Marsha Brew, after my sister'

1.5lb carastan
.5 lb 2 row
30 min steep
1 oz kent @ 60
1oz fuggles @ 30
6-9 lbs lme @ 15 (my guess)
1 oz cascade @ 5
day three g 1.30 (when I remembered to take one)
