holiday Spiced Ale, need help!

Planning on brewing a winter warmer this week, i know it might be a little late start but I'm alright with that, anyway, this is the grain bill Ive put together so far and I have two questions,
#1 is the obvious question of how does this look and any comments?
#2 is would it be smart to add flaked barley or flaked oats, and if yes, how much?

13.5lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM)
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Victory Malt (25.0 SRM)
6.4 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)
6.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM)
4.0 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain
1.6 oz Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) Grain
8.0 oz Treacle [Boil for 10 min](100.0 SRM)

any help would be greatly appreciated!

While I don't think you need any oats or flaked barley, you can certainly use it if you feel like it will need the body/mouthfeel. I really love oats in beer in general, but that's just me.

This is for a 5 gallon batch right?

Were you at Brew and Grow today? If so, I was the guy buying grain while you were. What's up?

Everyone on HBT is very helpful of course, but all of these guys are local and helpful as well. Also, the monthly meet ups give you a chance to meet everyone who shows up AND sample their homebrews. These folks do some awesome stuff.
