I recently used some Amarillo Hops in a beer that I make all the time using only cascade hops and really liked the results with the Amarillo finish. I did not change the "Malt profile" at all. I just used the Amarillo hops instead of Cascade at the end. It has a really nice taste with an orange note. A lot of people tried this one and really liked it.

12 Gallon Batch

16 LB Pale 2 row - GW
2 LB Caramel 60 L - GW

2 oz Cascade -60
2 oz Cascade -15
2 oz Amarillo Gold - 5

Infusion Mash 60 minutes
Batch sparge

No Dry Hop

Yeast starter: White Labs WLP001 - 150 ML per carboy
