Here is something I brewed a couple days ago. Looks really good. I think the honey will really add a nice new layer of flavors.

8.0 oz Carastan 30/37 (35.0 SRM) Grain 5.4 %
4.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt -200L (200.0 SRM) Grain 2.7 %
0.50 oz Nugget [13.00%] (60 min) Hops 22.8 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50%] (1 min) Hops 0.4 IBU
0.50 oz Williamette [5.50%] (1 min) Hops 0.4 IBU
1 lbs Buckwheat Honey (1.0 SRM) Sugar 10.8 %
1 Pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001) Yeast-Ale
