Brewed a batch of Cooper's English Bitter kit while making supper.

1 can Cooper's English Bitter
1 KG Munton's Beer Enhancer
23L water
about 1.5 cups of recycled Notty slurry, warmed to 68*
pitched yeast into 70* or so wort

Water level is a guess, was very foamy. I stopped the water at 21L, but the foam was up to about the 28L mark on my bucket. OG was 1.039-40 or so. Smelled great, sample was drinkable, tasted the bitter quite nicely.:mug:

Gentle God. This is delicious. Cracked one a couple weeks ago and it was "meh". Just cracked one tonight and I'm ready to make it again. Wow.

Hi L,

I am enjoying the fruits of my labours using the English Bitter can.

This one was an attempt a a Wells Bombardier. I don't know how close I got to matching but its good none the less.
