Just bottled my weizenbock this past weekend.

Started at 1.072, fermented with 3068, and it dropped down to 1.018 in two weeks. Decided to bottle because company is coming next weekend and we wanted to free up the shower in the guest bathroom.

What are the odds that it wasn't done fermenting and that I'm going to have a massive explosion on my hands?

I would say at 2 weeks it should be done, of course a reading on the hydro 2 to 3 days apart and still at the same gravity is the only sure way to tell, you should be fine though.:mug:

It's pretty hard for us to offer much assurance. You'll likely be fine, but put them somewhere safe to be sure, like in a cooler or something. If they don't blowup by week 3 or 4 I think you're safe!
