i would like to cold crash a Gose I currently have in the secondary to clear up before kegging. Can I do this in a tub with ice water for a few days or would that not get the yeast to drop?

I had to google that one. :p

From what I read, it's 50% wheat. Is the style supposed to be clear?

A gose doesn't need to be, actually shouldn't be, clear. I guess if you wanted it to be, you could crash it or whatever else you normally do to clear your beers (I do long primaries), but it is not necessary for the style.

Perfect then I won't!
