newer brewer in ok

Hi,

Green brewer here in Moore, Ok. My g/f got me started by buying me a starter kit from a local LTB shoppe. I've only done a few BB kits, and recently stumbled my way into a decent apple cider. I've enjoyed the few home brews that I've done so far. I still don't understand all the alchemy that goes into a truly good brew, but I'm sure that will come with time. Besides home brews I enjoy Guinness, Grolsh, Carlsberg, Hardcore apple cider, Sam Adams Boston lager, and Leinenkugel's....

I have two brew shops that are with in reasonable driving distance of me, so getting into this has been easy and so far enjoyable.

High Plains Draughters Oklahoma City Homebrew Club

I don't know any of these members, but I hear they're a pretty good bunch. A local homebrew club can be very helpful.
