Hi everyone,


hope someone is up late like me. I am brewing the Haus Ale and need a little assistance.

I have:

6.5 lbs of extra pale LME
1 lb crystal 10
2 lbs Munich(LHBS didnt have Vienna)
2 oz cascade

at what temp should I add in the munich and crystal. The are in muslin bags.

Yep, I have the instructions from the AG version I did last week right here, and it calls for mashing at 150-154. So steep in that range for 30 minutes.
