My wife and I are planning a last minute trip next week to Oregon. We want to see some hop farms if possible...thought it would be cool to see. We were hopeful that there were some farms in central or southern Oregon. Anybody got any ideas?

Some farms? SOME farms? Yea we got a few hop farms, although you won't find many in central Oregon. Two thirds of the state is what's referred to as high alpine desert, since the Cascade range squeezes most of the moisture out of the clouds before continuing east. Aside from that, I really don't know of any offhand that give tours.

Almost all of the Oregon hop farms are in the Willamette valley, which is north-west. The area north of Kaiser/Salem has a bunch of farms. If you go west from I5 towards the Wheatland Ferry, you'll see them.
