Plant Based Homebrewer
Going to focus on Belgian styles for a while as I am all hopped and stouted out. Anyways, I have an ingridients list here for a 5 gallon batch of a quad and was wondering if I could get some critique. I think it sounds pretty good.

1 lb Aromatic Malt
1 lb Special B
2 Lbs Amber Candied Sugar (or equivelant)
WLP500 Trappist Ale Yeast
1.5 oz Styrian Goldings @ 60
1.25 oz Styrian Golding @ 10
Single Infusion Mash with target temp of 150 for 90 minutes.
