3rd batch in the primary (brewers best IPA). i really feel that i made no mistakes this time. i probably could have brewed a better beer if i knew more but i dont think i made any blunders. i hit the OG of 1.050 easily and have i nice frothy krausen as well as vigorous airlock action ! not to mention i got two batches of green beer to hold me over and reduce temptation to **** with the 3rd batch.

like i said, no mistakes. :fro:

i have already decided that my next few steps will be:

*adding some sort of official wort chiller
*using irish moss or another clarifying agent
*dry hopping ( i love hops )
*some sort of filtering device to reduce trub transfer
*?????????

:mug:

It's not too late to dry hop this batch.

Good IPA's are generally dry hopped.

Rack it to a secondary after it's had 2 weeks in the primary and then toss in some hops for a week.

Sing along to the chorus:

What a feeling, bein's believin'
I can't have it all, now I'm dancin' for my life
Take your passion, and make it happen
Pictures come alive, you can dance right through your life

Congrats on that feeling!! :)
