So on Christmas day I'm going to brew a beer because that will make Christmas that much more awesome to me. Anyhoo, I'm tweaking this Brewer's Best EPA recipe. The only thing I'm changing is I'm adding 8oz chocolate malt to the recipe. What do you think this style is..brown ale? porter? here is the recipe.

3.3lbs Plain Light LME
2lbs Plain Light DME
8oz Crushed Crystal Malt 60L (steeping grain)
8oz Chocolate Malt (steeping grain)
1oz Kent Golding Hops 60 minutes
1/2oz Glacier 30 minutes
1 1/2oz Glacier Hops 5 minutes
Nottingham yeast
Grains steeped at 160f 20 mins

should make for a Merry Christmas Day!

Anyone? I really want to know what style to call this beer! Please :) Should I add an extra half oz of hops to balance out the extra grain? If so when to add the extra hops?
